Didn't know her until my ceramic teacher shared the news she had died recently. This is a very inspiring movie about her work and life. Spending her life trying to get the perfect piece. At the same time she questions what the perfect piece is. And if she had it, would she know it?

Blue
I think delphinium is beautiful in all it's phases. My son wanted to make a cuddly toy and drew a baby hedgehog. We spend the afternoon sewing it. He chose the fabric and the buttons for the eyes. A collection of stones and little sculptures in my mom's window.

ceramics course
It's already been a month ago I attended this ceramic course in France. It was such a nice week, we didn't feel like leaving.. The couple arranging the course was so nice!

blossom
The garden has expanded intensively due to the rainy & sunny days. Every week there is a new surprise (I planted some new flowers last fall, but kind of forgot about them).
Inside the beautiful gloriosa.

flowers & Isa
Every day it's so nice to leave the village with all the spring flowers aside the road. Unfortunately they decided to mow the borders :-( The last picture is made by my daughter.

a mix
First picture made by my friend Sari on King's day. A drawing I made based on a rhyme by Alexander Calder in "three young rats and other rhymes". The starting of a denim quilt & garden products from last year.

this week
Went to the market with my mom and made a sample for a new quilt. Bag filled with magazines to last 2 hrs in the train. Mini quilt made by leftovers. Nice coffee with my sister ;-)
Lately
Have been pretty active lately and so has my mother. She finishes the quilt, which I enjoy every night I go to bed. I made the mobile last week. The porcelain figures were in my room for almost a year, waiting to be hanged. The last picture is a glimpse of my room.
