The way they sat there reminded me of my favourite children's book written by Hans & Monique Hagen. The illustrations by Marit Tornqvist are so beautifully made, both endearing and funny.

Knitwear in Artis
Sunny day in Artis! The ride to Artis was fun already. Amsterdam is fantastic to cylce through in sunny weather! This knitwear-project was made up by Francine Oomen (a Dutch children's book writer) and inspired by nature, i.e. how spiders make their web.
